Crystal Bridges Museum:
Where Art Meets the Ozark Forest

Nestled over 134 wooded acres in the heart of the Ozarks, Crystal Bridges is much more than a museum, it's an immersive adventure that blends American art, architecture, and the natural beauty of NWA. With free admission and an open invitation to explore, it’s easy to fall in love with this NWA gem!

A Stroll Through Living Art

Stretching across more than five miles of winding paths, the museum’s nature trails offer moments of serene reflection and outdoor wonder:

  • North Forest Trail (1.4-mile loop): The longest and most scenic trail, featuring sculptures and hundreds of spring-blooming dogwoods

  • Art Trail (0.5 mile): A paved path that connects to the museum's south entrance, dotted with outdoor artworks, native plants, and gently flowing waterways

  • Crystal Spring Trail (0.25 mile): Leads to the actual natural spring that gives the museum its name

  • East Terrace Switchback: A hidden architectural highlight offering a steep, zig-zag ascent through a ravine, framed by dogwoods, bluebells, and a sculptural surprise at the top

  • Orchard Trail, Enfield Trail, NE J St. Trail: Additional paved connectors weaving through evergreen forests, linking to the local Bentonville trail network

Each trail isn’t just a pathway, it’s a living gallery where seasonal blooms, native trees, and thoughtful design invite visitors to truly dwell in the artistry of nature.

Whether you're here for quiet nature reflection, gallery-hopping, or immersive art installations, Crystal Bridges offers something inspiring at every turn.
