OTG Adventures Inc. has just obtained a 34' Catamaran Sailing vessel.  It is a Gemini 105M.   This boat is to be christened  "Off The Grid"

This stable and roomy yacht is destined to become the launch vehicle for a new direction in ADVENTURE.  The next year will be spent in preparation for ECO-Sail adventures for parties of two.  In order to do this, OTG Adventures will need a proper USCG license.  It can take a year to obtain this license.  During that time Bob and Jennifer will study for, accumulate necessary hours, and obtain their "Six Pack" captains' licenses.

The boat has now been moved out of Florida waters, and is in Alabama, where some refitting and maintenance are being done.  The sails have been restitched, and any engine can always use an oil change!  More work in Alaska will keep Bob busy for a few months, and spring sailing in the Gulf should be magnificent.

Once licensing is completed, select adventuresome clients will spend a week sailing in the CAT with Bob and Jennifer.  They will meet at pre-determined cities, then go sailing. In the sparkling blue waters of the Gulf of Mexico, along the east coast of Central America, and into Panama you can explore with them.  Plans will include snorkel tours of delicate coral formations and isolated beach explorations. Sailing where nobody else will be around.

Bob and Jennifer are not strangers to the sea.   They lived aboard a 39' monohull for almost a year while cruising Florida and Bahamian waters. Jennifer taught Bob to sail.  Meanwhile,  his pilot training helped him understand weather forecasting and navigation. Together in this, as in all their ventures, they have complementary skills and work well together.

They share their love of nature, with the ultimate 'alternative energy powered system' of antiquity, SAIL POWER.  Experience with them the magic of the snap of sail as it fills with the wind and takes them on an adventure stirs the blood.  And when juxtaposed with a catamaran's shallow draft it allows explorations into private bays, where deep hulls cannot go.

Along with the adventure will come instruction.  Sailing, navigating, how to cook on a boat, and ecological sanity.  It doesn't get much better than this.
